These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the ASMIEE website and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions together with the policies referenced on the website.

Eligibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. ASMIEE may suspend or restrict an account where misuse, fraud or unauthorised access is suspected.

Product Presentation and Saree Characteristics

ASMIEE makes reasonable efforts to display photographs, descriptions, dimensions, fabric details and colours accurately. Actual colour may vary because of lighting, photography, editing and device settings.

Handwoven or handcrafted sarees may contain natural weave variations, yarn slubs, knots, irregular motifs or minor texture differences. Such characteristics are not necessarily defects. Product descriptions should be read carefully before purchase.

Blouse Piece and Accessories

The inclusion, dimensions and material of a blouse piece, tassels, fall, pico, underskirt or other accessory will be only as stated on the relevant product page. Styling accessories shown in photographs may be for presentation and may not be included unless expressly mentioned.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. ASMIEE may revise prices, promotional benefits or shipping charges at any time before an order is confirmed.

An obvious pricing error does not bind ASMIEE, and the affected order may be cancelled with a refund.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. Because some sarees may be unique or available in limited quantity, an item may become unavailable before payment or fulfilment.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched or otherwise expressly confirmed.

ASMIEE may request additional verification before accepting an order.

Payment

Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways and available payment methods displayed at checkout. The customer authorises the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Failed, reversed or unauthorised payments may result in cancellation of the order.

Promotions and Coupons

Promotional codes, discounts and offers are subject to the conditions communicated with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

ASMIEE may withdraw or modify an offer where there is misuse, technical error or legal necessity.

Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

Shipping, cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests are governed by the separate policies published on the website. Those policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Reviews and User Content

Where users submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, they confirm that the content is truthful, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Subject to the permissions obtained, ASMIEE may display or repost such content for business and marketing purposes.

ASMIEE may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content.

Intellectual Property

The ASMIEE name, logo, website design, photographs, videos, text, graphics, collection names and other content are owned by or licensed to ASMIEE.

They may not be copied, downloaded, modified, reproduced, distributed, commercially used or republished without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial browsing.

Prohibited Use

Users must not:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, systems or data.
Introduce malware, bots, scraping tools or disruptive code.
Copy product content for commercial resale or impersonate ASMIEE.

Subject to mandatory consumer-forum jurisdiction and other applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the courts and competent forums having jurisdiction at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
