Service Area

ASMIEE by Archana currently ships to serviceable addresses across India. International shipping is currently not available. If international shipping becomes available in the future, the applicable countries and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and any required verification.

Processing Time: 2–4 business days
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During festive seasons, exhibitions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take additional time.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

ASMIEE by Archana may occasionally offer free shipping promotions or revise shipping charges without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via the email address or mobile number provided during checkout.

Tracking information is generated by our courier partners and may take some time to become active.

Delivery Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, mobile number, and email address.

ASMIEE by Archana is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Requests to change the delivery address can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Package Inspection

Our courier partner may contact you before delivery.

We recommend inspecting the package for any visible damage before accepting it.

For damaged or incorrect deliveries, customers are advised to record a continuous unboxing video as proof.

Delivery accepted by a family member, security guard, receptionist, or any authorised person at the delivery address will be considered successful delivery.

While we will assist in tracking your shipment, ASMIEE by Archana cannot be held responsible for delays caused solely by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

After verification with the courier partner, ASMIEE by Archana will, where appropriate, provide a replacement or process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

International Orders

Currently, ASMIEE by Archana ships only within India.

If international shipping is introduced in the future, customs duties, import taxes, local charges, and applicable regulations will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
